BID INFORMATION:

Zellner Construction Services, LLC (herein called the "CMAR") invites bids on the forms attached hereto. All blanks must be appropriately filled in. Bids will be received at the Office of Zellner Construction Services, LLC located 2926 Ridgeway Road, Memphis, TN 38115 via hand delivery, email (bids@zellnerconstruction.com) or fax (901-794-9141), until 2:00 P.M., March 14, 2024

PRE-BID CONFERENCE:

A Non Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the project's site office (769 National Street, Memphis, TN 38112) on February 28th , 2023 at 3:00PM.:. All parties interested in bidding on this project are hereby invited and urged to attend this meeting.

The City of Memphis & the CMAR reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bidding.

This project is subject to the requirements of Ordinance No. 5384 which establishes the Equal Business Opportunity Program. It is the responsibility of the bidder to see that all requirements of the ordinance are met. The goal of the M/WBE Program is to increase the participation of M/WBEs in the Owner's purchasing activities. Toward achieving that objective, the M/WBE participation goal for this project is hereby established as:
