The work of this contract comprises of the following: 1. Selective Demolition 2. General Building Construction 3. Interior Finishes 4. Doors, Windows, Hardware 5. Exterior Signage 6. Associated Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Work

Project consists of: Demolition of existing concrete pavement, renovation of existing metal shell swimming pool including concrete pool bottom replacement, pool shell vinyl liner installation, swimming pool coping, gutter and ladder painting, swimming pool handrail replacements, main drain replacement and miscellaneous plumbing repair, concrete pool deck replacement, pool deck drains and drain line repair and replacement, ADA pool lift installation, painting of metal light standards, chain link fence repair, and miscellaneous electrical work within existing pool pump room and in and around pool deck.

Improvements to Riverdale Park shall include installation of new trail access points, constructing a new parking lot, installation of new lighting throughout the park, implementing drainage and stormwater improvements throughout the park, and the installation of additional pickleball courts.

The scope of work includes interior renovation consisting of demolition of some interior non-loadbearing walls / portions of walls and installation of new portions of interior walls.

This project consists of the renovation of an existing 8,300 sf wood-framed building. This will house the new Crisis Center for Desoto County.

Project consists of: Interior Renovations of Fire Station #38, Added structure for Storage and Site modifications to provide an accessible parking space at the front entrance for the Memphis Fire Department.

The Project consists of the construction of new one story fire station, 4 bay apparatus with turnout gear room, dispatch office, meeting room, sleep rooms, laundry facilities, kitchen and day room .

The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Union Campus, M-Building Re-Roof on Central and East Wing Roofs, 2. Union Campus, EMS Simulation Lab (UESB) Re-Roof 3, Macon Cove Campus, Farris Building, Storefront Replacements, 4. and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.

The Project consists of the alteration of existing locker areas and a separate classroom into office and counseling spaces.

Project consists of: The renovation of an existing lagoon, roughly 35 acres in surface area, into a three-celled lagoon with liners, covers, piping, gas collection system, electrical improvements, site work, erosion prevention and sediment control measures, controls and instrumentation, and other improvements.
