Public Projects

The contractor shall remove and dispose of all existing 3″×6″ wood decking across approximately 4,936 SF of boardwalk, while carefully protecting and retaining the underlying framing, posts, railings, concrete footings, bracing, light fixtures, benches, and surrounding trees.

The project is for the construction of a 2-bay hangar with a shell space for a future office attached to the south side. The hangar bays include large diameter fans, LED lighting and bifold doors. The site work will include the construction of an asphalt apron expansion with a trench drain, ADA concrete parking, and a gravel entrance drive.

The building work is to include mechanical, electrical and plumbing installations and other items of work as called for in the contract documents for a completed project.

Construction of a new one-story 44,896 s.f. Community Center. The Community Center contains classrooms for early childhood education, gymnasium, Fitness Room, Locker/Restrooms, Administration, and an outdoor aquatic training facility.

The Project includes the demolition of selective site elements, construction of new footbridges, new low water crossings, sitework, improvements to existing boardwalk and existing greenhouse, and other related work as shown in the plans and specifications.

The project consists of the construction of a new ADA restroom and concession building as outlined in the plans. General Contractor shall provide all materials and labor required to complete the project as per the written requirements.

Work includes the construction of two separate buildings: a 5,000 SF wood framed STEM Classroom Building and a 1300 SF Barn with metal and wood siding and metal roof containing classrooms, bathrooms and concession space. This work also includes minor renovations to existing facilities and associated site improvements.

New baffle inserts, slide gates, hatches, check valves and yard piping to connect the north and south reservoirs. The work will also include demolition of existing reservoir overflow and drainpipes; installation of new overflow pipes; new piping between the north and south reservoirs; new tie-in to existing filter effluent piping; new tie-in to existing pump station influent piping; and other improvements as defined in the specifications.
