Harrison Yard Fixed Fuel System Upgrades

Bid Information:

Sealed original proposals with the Contractor’s current Tennessee Contractor Certificate number must be provided on the outside of the proposal envelope, addressed to Cole Anthony, P.E., at 505 East Huntland Drive, Suite 250, Austin, Texas 78752. Proposals must be received by 5:00, P.M. Central Time on 26th day of April, 2024. TRC and IC reserve the right to reject any bids. Bid documents may be emailed to canthony@trccompanies.com in order to ensure on-time delivery provided that a hard copy is also submitted. In case of a discrepancy, the proposal received by TRC in hard copy will be the official proposal.

Pre-Bid Information:

A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Site on the 13th day of March, 2024, at 10:00 A.M Central Time. The Site address is 2905 Old Horn Lake Road, Memphis, Tennessee 38109. Bidder’s attendance is mandatory to submit a proposal. Bidders are expected to inspect the Site of the work and to inform themselves regarding local conditions and conditions under which the work is to be done.

Scope of Work:

The Work includes, but not limited to:

1. Construction of the proposed Fixed Fuel System Upgrades, Memphis, Tennessee.

2. Construction of the proposed Fixed Fuel System Upgrades, at the IC Harrison Yard, consisting of demolition of the existing concrete outdoor fueling platform, construction of a new fueling apron with inspection pits, supply and installation of two (2) gravity sanding towers, three (3) fueling stations, two (2) water cabinets, two (2) lube oil cabinets, three (3) water hose reel locations, sixteen (16) journal oil locations, new platform drainage piping complete with grit chambers and manholes, new platform sanitary sewer system complete with eight (8) cam groove connection locations and lift station, DTL system complete with concrete curbed truck pad, concrete equipment pad DTL equipment, and drainage connection to existing system, new compressor building, new DTL equipment pad canopy, new Unloading Pad canopy, new fueling platform canopy, relocation of four (4) water cabinets and four (4) lube oil cabinets, repainting 1,500 linear feet of 12", 10", and 8" diameter diesel piping, repainting of the diesel storage tank roof and appurtenances, including all associated piping, site work, electrical, motor controls, fencing, etc., as shown on the plans and as specified herein.
