New baffle inserts, slide gates, hatches, check valves and yard piping to connect the north and south reservoirs. The work will also include demolition of existing reservoir overflow and drainpipes; installation of new overflow pipes; new piping between the north and south reservoirs; new tie-in to existing filter effluent piping; new tie-in to existing pump station influent piping; and other improvements as defined in the specifications.

All Sealed Bids, Bid Bond, Bidder’s Qualifications, and completed Bid Envelopes, in duplicate, will be received from bidders on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at the Contracts Management Office, Memphis Light, Gas and Water Division (“MLGW” or “Division”), Room 323, 220 South Main Street, Memphis, Tennessee 38103 (mailing address: P.O. Box 430, Memphis, TN 38101- 0430), prior to 2:00 PM CDT/CST. If you bring your bid to MLGW, please allow 30 minutes prior to 4:00 PM CDT/CST for MLGW security clearance and delivery of bids to the Contracts Management Department. The official time of receipt will be established in the Contracts Management Department and not at the main floor security desk.

An Additional Site Visit will be held on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM CDT/CST at the Allen Pumping Station (Thomas H. Allen Pumping, 709 E. Dison Avenue, Memphis, TN 38106) • Interested Bidders must attend at least one (1) of the Mandatory Site Visits. Failure to attend one (1) of the Mandatory Site Visits will deem your firm “unqualified” to bid on this project.
