Sealed bids will be received by the Adjutant General, State of Mississippi, in the office of the Adjutant General, 1410 Riverside Drive, Jackson, Mississippi, 39202-1271. Electronic Bids may be received via MAGIC portal but the preferred method for the MS Military Department is Physical Receipt. UNTIL: 1:30 PM September 17, 2025 FOR: Amory Readiness Center, Amory, MS.

A pre-bid conference will be conducted 10:30am September 3, 2025 located at the Amory City Hall Board Room at 109 South Front Street, Amory, Mississippi, 38821, Amory, MS. ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND.
