Construction of Fixed Fuel System Upgrades, at the Illinois Central Railroad

The Project Base Bid (Phase IV-A) consists of the interior renovation of existing area within the CJC Administration Tower located at 201 Poplar Avenue, Memphis, TN., and as indicated on the drawings to include all work as required and associated in conjunction for the complete renovation of Lower Level West General Sessions Courtrooms and Offices as indicated.

The project consists of City of Marion- Fire Station No. 1 . The Contract Drawings more specifically locate and define the project.

New construction of a firehouse located on Shelby Drive east of Sycamore Road across from Collierville High School/Athletic Campus in Collierville, Tennessee

The electrical scope of this project consists of adding three (3) electric vehicle charging stations for new electric buses that will be charged in the maintenance yard of the Memphis Area Transit Authority (MATA) property located at 1370 Levee Road, Memphis, TN 38108. The charging stations are Direct Current (DC) type of Chargepoint+ manufacturer. Charging stations consist of Power Block (power converter) and a Power Link (electrical "dispenser''), Each charging station requires 260A and roughly 216kW at unity power factor.

This Project includes interior and exterior renovation of the Fleet Maintenance Facility at City of Memphis Municipal Complex 2.

Project consists of demolition of existing precinct building and construction of new parking lots after new precinct building is complete and operational. Storm shelter is included in design as per current essential facilities requirements in IBC.

Project consists of: Pedestrian and streetscape improvements on National Street between Faxon Avenue and Summer Avenue; and Broad Avenue between Summer Avenue and Holmes Road.
